Contested wills, matters regarding a trust, alleged abuse by the executor/administrator of the estate, or failure to open an estate for a deceased individual are a few examples of how you could end up in court or litigation. Life Care Planning

When organizing your life care plan it may be valuable to include estate planning and drafting documents such as your will or living trust. Together we establish a plan for yourself and your loved ones. This should place special attention on issues regarding long life including physical, financial, and legal health in the later years of your life. We can help you in making the right choices for your future.

Medicaid Planning

There are very strict rules to qualify for benefits when a person is no longer able to pay for his and/or her medical care. We can help you understand your rights as an eligible participant and plan for early qualification. We help shield your assets from the high cost of nursing home care.

Medicaid is the only government insurance coverage that will pay for long-term care. Those who receive their Social Security in turn receive Medicare as their health insurance provider, but it does not pay for long term custodial.
